Izzi Fenner, MA, ATR-P, is a pre-licensed professional counselor and art therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Adler University. She brings experience working with youth involved in DCFS care and the juvenile justice system, supporting clients as they navigate identity development, emotional challenges, and life transitions. Izzi incorporates both art therapy and traditional talk therapy to create a relaxed and welcoming healing environment, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Izzi is committed to providing compassionate, person-centered, and trauma-informed care that supports clients’ growth and self-exploration. She prioritizes advocacy, equity, and cultural responsiveness and works collaboratively with youth to build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and develop healthy coping strategies. Outside of her clinical work, Izzi enjoys creating art, attending live music events, spending time in nature, and exploring Chicago—interests that inform her creative and grounded approach to therapy. Her mission is to empower young people by honoring their lived experiences and helping them build meaningful connections to themselves and their communities.
