Community-Based Mental Health Services

360 Youth Services provides vital community mental health services to support individuals ages 11 to 25 and their families. We offer customized interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, along with crisis intervention, to address a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.

Individual Mental Health Support

360 Youth Services helps youth navigate their experiences and build resilience by offering individual mental health services and family support. With a focus on early intervention, they work to reduce stigma and encourage young individuals to seek help in a safe and inclusive environment, fostering a healthier future for all.

We Can Help With

We provide counseling support with a strength-based approach using models such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Family Therapy, Art Therapy, and Play Therapy to address a wide range of presenting concerns such as:
