360 Youth Service’ Counseling Department Presents: Mindfulness Workshop

Dive into fun activities, yoga, and group exercises to build focus, emotional balance, and practical mindfulness for everyday life.

This 6-part series on Mindfulness hosted by 360 Youth Services’ counseling staff covers the topics of: Foundations of Mindfulness – Awareness and Presence, The Power of Breath, Wise Mind – Finding your Inner Clarity, Ride the Wave – Observing and Allowing Emotions, Finding Balance, and Bringing Mindfulness into Everyday Life. All youth ages 12-18 are welcome.

Our History is rich and challenging. 360 Youth Services began in 1971 as Naperville Community Outreach when a group of concerned parents, community, and religious leaders recognized the need for professional, youth-centered services in the Naperville community.
