Legal System Youth Support Services

360 Youth Services’ counseling department partners with law enforcement, DuPage County juvenile probation, and the courts to provide comprehensive mental health support for youth in the justice system. Our clinical team works with these legal authorities to develop individualized plans that prioritize rehabilitation and long-term positive outcomes through two specialized programs.

Comprehensive Community-Based Youth Services (CCBYS)

Through the CCBYS program, 360 Youth Services partners with local law enforcement agencies in DuPage County to support at-risk youth ages 11 to 17. This collaboration helps stabilize families and ensures access to critical resources—such as counseling for both youth and their families—when a young person comes into contact with law enforcement.

360 Youth Services provides CCBYS services to the following towns in the DuPage County area:

Aurora • Bolingbrook • Clarendon Hills • Darien • Downers Grove • Lisle • Naperville • Westmont • Willowbrook • Woodridge

Mental Health Juvenile Justice Services (MHJJ)

The MHJJ program ensures that youth receive the mental health care they need while navigating the court process. This program supports youth ages 13 to 18 who are involved in the legal system by developing individualized treatment plans through collaboration with legal authorities.

Services provided by 360 Youth Services include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments for youth involved in the legal system
  • Connecting youth to appropriate mental health services and community resources
  • Offering therapeutic programming designed to support, guide, and help youth move away from continued involvement in the justice system
