Kate Moon-Raess, MA, LCPC

Kate Moon is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology after first obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Knox College. Kate provides counseling, crisis, and case management to youth and families that are predominantly in our Specialized Youth Services Program. Kate believes that counseling should be a safe space to explore both the challenges and strengths of the youth and their families. She also approaches counseling through a holistic lens, exploring the cultural, social, psychological, and biological factors of each individual.
