Services at 360 Youth Services begin with a call to our intake line where youth, young adults or caregivers can speak directly with a therapist about their reason for wanting to explore beginning services. Through this phone intake process, a match with a therapist will be made or a caller may be given referrals to other providers. If beginning services at 360, paperwork can be sent out to the caller to complete before their first session or they can choose to do so at 360 the day of their first appointment.
We provide counseling support with a strength based approach using models such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Family Therapy, Art Therapy and Play Therapy to address a wide range of presenting concerns such as:
Depression, Anxiety, Bullying, ADHD, Family Conflict, Navigating Divorce, Self-Esteem, Peer Pressure, Anger, School and Test Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, Self Injury, Parenting Challenges, Supporting LGBTQ Youth, and Effects of Chronic Stress Due to a Traumatic Experience.
