Rebecca Pantazis, MA, is a mental health specialist with a master’s degree in psychology and extensive experience supporting youth and families in partnership with educators, community leaders, and juvenile justice professionals. She specializes in creating safe, inclusive environments where adolescents can explore the emotional and behavioral challenges they face, particularly those impacted by trauma. Rebecca is trained in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.
