Our general schedule is the same for each event – Check the Snowball Registration page for event specifics!
An Operation Snowball weekend retreat starts with a 7:00 AM check-in. Check-in will be held locally in Naperville, with details provided to registered participants. Participants from all five area high schools will get a chance to meet each other and play games before loading onto buses to a beautiful camp setting.
The weekend will be filled with a mix of large groups, small groups, and workshop sessions that mix fun and reflection to inspire teens. Each event has its own theme, selected by the Teen Directors and created by the volunteer teen and adult staff. Each Snowball event is unique, and many participants come back season after season to help us create this community of caring!
Parents/guardians and families are asked to pick up their teens at Camp Henry Horner at 26710 W Nippersink Rd, Ingleside, IL 60041, and join us from 1:30-4:00 pm to learn all about what their teens have been up to. It is the tradition of Naperville Operation Snowball to include family in the closing sessions of the weekend, where they may also experience some of the weekend’s activities and a little bit of Snowball magic!
